1. DIVERSITY OF BIOMEDICAL
a. Fully new start-up system (for anaerobic and aerobic tanks):
The dosage is 2 - 10 ppm/day depending on the concentration of COD, BOD in wastewater, based on aerobic volume, for 20 days. Calculation is based on the following formula:
A = (m x V) / 1000
A: Volume of cultured microorganisms in 1 day (kg / day)
m: 2 - 10 ppm (microbial dose based on the pollutant of the composted waste; usually 3ppm)
V: volume of biological tank (m3) (aerobic or anaerobic)
- Transplant with A micro dose every day continuously for 20 days. (The rate of implantation or M calculation will vary depending on the flow rate, wastewater retention time in the industrial system, and pollution level of the source.)
Note:
- Use 5 - 10% of activated sludge in the volume of the tank to make growth substrate (use SBR or aeration tank). Taking into account the model is Trickling Biofilter (RBC), the rapid increase of microbial wastewater mixture containing diluted sludge (2-5%) should be used for 5 stages the beginning. After starting a microfilm onto the surface of the filter material.
- Directly micro-organisms (Bio-Systems products) into the system without dilution before entering the system
- pH = 6 - 8, activating the pH in the neutral pH
- During the initial culture or reconstruction of the system, the tank must be restarted in low or COD concentration of about 2kg / m3.
- Nutrients ensure BOD: N ratio: P = 100: 5: 1
b. System Maintenance: Using micro supplement with dose of 0.5ppm / day or by COD, BOD concentration in wastewater and stability of system. The maintained culture volume will be included in daily discharge to supplement some of the microorganisms drifting out and weaken. The following formula:
A = (m x Q) / 1000
A: Daily microbiota supplement, daily or weekly depending on system stability (kg / day)
m: 0.5 ppm
Q: Input flow rate (m3 / day)
2. QUANTITY USE NUTRITIONAL N100
a. Full re-system and system maintenance: provides N100 for nutrient and mineral replacement for Ure and DAP. Flow rate is calculated based on BOD / day load as following:
BOD load (kg / day) = (a x Q) / 103
a: Input BOD (mg/l)
Q: Input flow rate (m3/day)
The daily dose of N100 is equal to 1/1000 BOD / day.
- Quantity of N100 supplied to the system = BOD load (kg / day) / 1000
Nutritional needs to achieve C: N ratio: P = 100: 10: 1
3. BIRTH GUIDANCE
Biological system is 5-10% th. mud, then start the culture process
- The new system breeding stage:
1. The first day: The wastewater is filled with 1/3 of the aeration tank + 2/3 of the treated water tank or the clean water to explain the pollution, so that the COD load in time culture of <2 kg / m3, for microbiological products calculated nutrient combinations and allow microorganisms to start biomass growth
On the second day, choose 2 hours later to clear the water, add fresh water, aerate and continue to produce microorganism and N100 into the tank, the third day the water settles for 2 hours and the water in. from the tank and so on until the 20th day
2. After 20 days, the clear water has settled out;
4. The new wastewater entering and starting the normal system, at which time biomass volume has increased to a stable level for organic treatment.
- Micro-supplementary stage:
If the system is stable, just put micro-organisms (0.5ppm per day based on the amount of wastewater per day) per day or per week into the system should be fed directly to the system depending on the stability of the system.
