Evaporation technology separates water from pollutants through a vacuum evaporation process, ideal for treating or reusing wastewater in various industries while also recovering valuable materials.
The Evaled evaporator operates on the principle of lowering pressure to reduce the boiling point of water. Wastewater is fed into the evaporation chamber, then heated to evaporate at a low temperature, while dissolved solids, salts, heavy metals, and oils are retained in the concentrating section. The steam passes through a droplet separator to remove impurities before being condensed in the heat exchanger – resulting in clean, reusable water.
The operation is completely enclosed and automatic, saving energy, minimizing scaling, and ensuring high concentration efficiency, suitable for various types of wastewater with complex contamination levels.
