Job Description

  • Organize and manage the accounting system and accounting structure in accordance with the company’s business operations.
  • Monitor, supervise, and ensure that the accountant/cashier performs tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain complete and accurate accounting records and submit tax reports to the tax authorities on time.
  • Monitor bank balances and submit periodic bank deposit reports to the Director.
  • Prepare and manage all bank loan documentation related to the company’s business operations and track bank loan balances.
  • Report upcoming loan maturities to the Director in order to plan for timely repayments.
  • Monitor accounts payable to suppliers and process payments via bank transfer (payment orders) and online banking transactions.
  • Organize bank documents and track bank account balances.
  • Maintain and store purchase and sales contracts and provide them to relevant departments upon request.
  • Safely store accounting documents and maintain strict confidentiality of the company’s financial and accounting information.
  • Calculate salaries and process monthly payroll payments for employees.
  • Track revenue and cost inputs for each project.
  • Manage and stamp official company documents when required.

Requirements

a. Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Graduated with a major in Accounting and holds a Chief Accountant Certificate.
  • Thorough understanding of financial and accounting regulations and policies issued by the State.

b. Experience:

  • Minimum 03 years of relevant experience.

c. Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for preparing accounting documents and generating reports as required by the job.
  • Ability to handle arising situations effectively with partners.
  • Proficient in accounting software.
  • Skilled in using office computer systems.
  • Ability to work independently, quick-thinking, flexible, and capable of handling situations effectively.
  • Good work organization and task management skills.
